Mineral-rich mud  Clusters blue butterfly wings  Flitting together

Using muck for growth  Lotus blossoms gayly float  Above any gloom

Watery canvas  Reveals clouds and mountain cirque  Reflections of sky

Outside my window  Flycatcher’s “peep, peep”  Welcomes in the day

Absorbing sunbeams  And nourishment from the soil  Golden peas abound
